Our Mission
Our mission is to provide spaces for God to restore a man’s heart through solitude, adventure, and fellowship.
Our weekend retreats are focused on soul care. We believe it is imperative for men to step away from the distractions of this world to spend time in relationship with our Heavenly Father. Too often we try to fit God into our daily routine. We check the box with a devotional or say a quick prayer, but are we giving Him a chance to respond? We believe a true relationship flows two ways. If we are to experience the intimacy of relationship with God, we must pray and make room to hear. True North is a ministry created to provide that space. We unplug with purpose.
We are born into a world at war and the enemy is trying to take you out of the fight. “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy” (John 10:10) and the “thief” wants to do whatever it can to make us forget. It uses distraction, intimidation, fear, guilt, shame, pride, ego, and a multitude of other tactics to separate us from what Jesus calls us to do, “Love one another.”
At True North you are invited into a brotherhood of men, supporting, encouraging, and loving one another. We are stronger together. “For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.”
